Refunds, clearly stated.

Boss Maker offers tier-specific refunds. The rules are clear before you buy, applied consistently, and tied to whether you actually used the work. Legitimate product-fit issues are handled directly.

Self-study volumes and bundles (Vols 1–7, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Refundable within 7 days of purchase if (a) you have completed at least two of the worksheets, prompts, or exercises in the kit, and (b) you can identify a specific section that didn't produce a usable output for your situation. Email [email protected] with your order number and a one-sentence note on which section. Approved refunds process within 5 business days.

Founder's Edition ($997). The library portion follows the self-study rule above. The included Founder's Review Call becomes non-refundable once scheduled. If the call hasn't been scheduled within 7 days of purchase, the full $997 remains eligible for refund under the self-study rule.

Strategy Session ($399) and Implementation Review ($1,200). Cancel or reschedule with full refund up to 48 hours before the call. Within 48 hours, no refund — the slot is held and other buyers turned away. The Implementation Review's 30-day async support begins on first message and is non-refundable thereafter.

Chargebacks: if a dispute is filed before contacting refunds@, access may be suspended while it's reviewed. We dispute chargebacks for delivered digital products using order records, terms acceptance, and access logs. Full policy covers enforcement details.

Vol 1 (Niche) and Vol 6 (Pricing) are written for someone starting from "I'm not even sure what I'm selling yet." Vol 4 (Hooks) and Vol 5 (Sprint Pack) assume you have an offer. The Silver Bundle is the right starting point if you're at zero.
  • Yes. Every volume ships with a companion Google Drive folder containing the templates as editable Google Docs and spreadsheets. The PDF is the reference document; the companion folder is where you actually do the work. Niche statements as fillable docs, decision matrices as auto-calculating spreadsheets, DM scripts as copy-paste files, content calendars as Sheets you can drop into your scheduling tool.
  • The receipt email includes a link to the Google Drive folder for whichever volumes you purchased. You can view in-browser, copy to your own Drive, or download to your machine. The link is permanent — you don't lose access if you change emails or your subscription lapses (though you don't have a subscription, so this isn't really a concern).
  • Honesty. "Lifetime access" usually implies a portal you log into forever — and Boss Maker doesn't have a portal. The deliverables are PDFs that already live on your machine, and a companion folder you can access through your own Google Drive. So calling it "Lifetime Access" would describe a product we're not actually selling. Founder's Edition describes what it is: the complete current library, plus future updates to those volumes, plus any new core eGuides we add later, plus one Founder's Review Call — with permanent access to the downloadable files and companion folders at the founding price. The "founding" framing is also honest: the price will go up, but anyone who buys at $997 keeps the price for what they bought.
  • We name this clearly because ambiguity here causes friction later. Founder's Edition does not include separately-priced products: live cohorts, masterminds, DWY (guided implementation), DFY (done-for-you buildout), agency services, or one-on-one coaching beyond the included Founder's Review Call. If we launch a paid live cohort in 2027, it's not free for Founder's Edition members. The Founder's Edition covers the self-study library and the included call. That's it.
  • Depends where you are. Silver if you don't have a business yet — niche, offer, pricing get you ready to sell.
